  • Publication number: 20260153843
Abstract: An automated industrial electrical product condition monitoring and disassembly system is provided. The system includes uses a digital twin of the industrial electrical product and determining the condition of the product and its components before generating executable code to run a robot or other flexible automation system to disassemble the industrial electrical product for reuse, recycling, refurbishment or disposal. The digital twin uses a combination of expected operational data and actual operational data for the industrial electrical product.

  • Publication number: 20240280961
Abstract: A computer-implemented method of generating an industrial electrical product disassembly routine script to be executed by an automated device is provided. Firstly, an industrial electrical product and its constituent individual components are identified. Then, a computer-aided design model of the industrial electrical product and its individual components is retrieved. The CAD model contains, for each individual component, metadata indicating positional data for the individual component and describing requirements for disassembling the individual component from the industrial electrical product. Finally, for each identified individual component generating a file readable by an automated device from the metadata, the file comprising instructions to be executed by the automated device as a disassembly script to disassemble the industrial electrical product.

  • Publication number: 20230021965
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for assessing at least one printed circuit board includes receiving input data based on testing data of a printed circuit board, wherein the testing data represent in-circuit test testing data and include measurement data of a plurality of electronic components of the printed circuit board, applying a trained classification function to the input data, and generating and providing output data. The output data include an assignment of at least one of the electronic components to one of at least two different classes.
