    Abstract: A finger ring guard comprising resilient structure extending circumferentially about a central axis of the ring through an angle substantially greater than 180.degree. and ring engaging elements disposed along the outer periphery of the ring and biased radially inwardly toward engagement with the ring periphery by the resilient structure. The resilient structure supports finger engaging surfaces disposed radially inwardly from the ring periphery.
