    Abstract: An aerobic hand held safety light is disclosed which improves the visibility of a walker, runner, or jogger at night or in periods of reduced visibility. The device is oblong in shape and incorporates a lighting means visible from the front, back, or sides. A switch is provided to activate the lighting means. The device includes an attaching means for various size weights to be attached to the device without obstructing the lighting means.
