  • Publication number: 20240385890
Abstract: The present patent application discloses a data analytics system with a split plane architecture that utilizes a workflow management module in a control plane for cloud-based computing. The system receives workflow files from client devices and stores those workflow files in a cloud storage associated with the user. The data plane, which executes the workflow file, retrieves the file directly from the cloud storage or through an API provided by the workflow management module. A workflow engine wrapper, containing a stager system and an execution system, prepares workflow files for execution and stores generated results in the cloud storage.

  • Patent number: 12114911
Abstract: A medical system for ablating a tissue site by electroporation with real-time pulse monitoring during an electroporation treatment procedure is provided. The treatment control module monitors applied pulses and detect an abnormal condition that indicates either an ineffective electroporation of the tissue or an imminent excessive current such as a spark event that may exceed the capacity of the pulse generator. Rather than terminating the procedure entirety, the treatment control module temporarily pauses the procedure to allow the user to adjust the pulse parameters so as to complete the procedure without starting the procedure over again.

  • Publication number: 20240324152
Abstract: We describe a power converter cooling arrangement in which a base has a top plate of a thermally conductive material, and a bottom plate and side walls define a chamber. An inlet and outlet are in fluid communication with the chamber, and the chamber is flooded with a cooling fluid that flows between the inlet and outlet. A PCB of a power converter is mounted to, and thermally coupled with, the top plate, where the PCB receives a plurality of power modules (that are used in the power conversion). The base comprises a plurality of fluid channels for flowing cooling fluid therethrough. Each of the fluid channels is arranged to coincide with a location of one or more components mounted to the PCB.

  • Publication number: 20240286059
Abstract: An air amplifier utilizes a high-pressure input stream of air to accelerate a low-velocity input stream of air to provide a high-velocity, high-volume output stream of air. A coupled air amplifier array includes multiple air amplifiers which couple their respective output streams of air to one another to form a single collective output stream of air. Multiple coupled air amplifier arrays can be utilized to form coupled air amplifier array systems to provide multiple collective output streams of air which can be focused toward to an audience within a venue. The coupled air amplifier array system can be implemented within atmospheric effects systems to provide atmospheric effects, such as wind, scent, and/or temperature to provide some examples, relating to an event. These atmospheric effects systems can present these atmospheric effects to the audience to enhance the immersion of the audience as they are viewing the event.

  • Publication number: 20240173063
Abstract: A medical system for ablating a tissue site with real-time monitoring during an electroporation treatment procedure. A pulse generator generates a pre-treatment (PT) test signal prior to the treatment procedure and intra-treatment (IT) test signals during the treatment procedure. A treatment control module determines impedance values from the PT test signal and IT test signals and determines a progress of electroporation and an end point of treatment in real-time based on the determined impedance values while the treatment progresses.

  • Publication number: 20240099201
Abstract: A biodegradable plant container has side tear strips extending from its top opening to its bottom. The tear strips are hinged near the bottom and fan out to establish a diameter for a planting hole. The inside surface of the tear strips as root slicers that tease the roots of a root ball in the plant container when the tear strips are pulled outward and fanned out. The fanned out tear strips establish the diameter for the planting hole. The plant container also has a depth index to establish the proper planting depth. Once the tear strips have been opened and fanned out, the biodegradable plant container is planted directly in the soil where it will degrade.
