The new set of rights specifies one or more new conditions on rights in the new set of rights. The new conditions are defined based on one or more of the conditions in the set of initial rights and/or the set of modifying rights.

Abstract: A key fob with a housing into which a deadbolt key is mounted such that the shank protrudes therefrom, enabling a user to turn the housing and cause the key to lock or unlock the door. Within the keyfob are a pair of switches or other sensing means configured to close on either the turning of the housing in a first (clockwise) direction or a second (counterclockwise) direction. Based on the direction the housing is turned, either a first coded signal or a second coded signal is transmitted to a control panel. The control panel will then either arm or disarm the security system based on how it has been programmed during installation. This enables the user to easily arm the system when the door is being locked and disarm the system when the door is being unlocked without requiring a separate action on the part of the user.

Abstract: A processor 2 utilising register renaming executes program instructions requiring a large number of architectural register specifiers to be renamed by dividing the renaming tasks into an initial set and a remaining set. The initial set are performed first and the results passed via a main channel 32 for further processing. The remaining set are performed in sequence with the results being passed via a background channel 34 for further processing. This technique is particularly useful for performing renaming operations for load/store multiple LDM instructions.

Abstract: Presented is a subsurface safety valve in which the flapper mount, hard seat and spring housing have been integrated into a single assembly. To accommodate a “soft seat insert,” a special retainer soft seat ring and soft seat seal are provided. The soft seat seal fits over a conical protruding surface (hard seat) that surrounds the main bore of the safety valve on the bottom side of the spring housing. The retainer ring fits over the soft seat seal and holds it in place against the conical surface. Notches along the perimeter of an upper flanged end of the soft seat seal prevent gases, such as nitrogen, from becoming trapped behind the seal and potentially damaging it during a rapid decompression event. A gap between the upper flanged end of the soft seat seal and the lower spring housing allow the seal to move up and down the conical protruding surface as the flapper opens and closes, reducing compression of the seal and the risk of a compression set due to repeated opening and closing of the flapper.

Abstract: A method and system for identifying business managing consumers includes a process for identifying business managing consumers whereby financial transaction data for various consumers is obtained from one or more sources using a computing system implemented financial management system. The consumers' financial transaction data is then analyzed to identify financial transactions typically associated with ownership and/or management of a business, i.e., business management related transactions. If more than a defined threshold number of business management related transactions associated with a given consumer are identified, that consumer is categorized as a business managing consumer. Sellers of business related products and/or service are then given access to the identified business managing consumers for promoting their various business related products and services.

A call request to communicate data packets including non-real-time content over a packet network may be received. A determination of at least one network node over which a call path for a call to be established for the call request is to be routed may be made. Network performance information associated with communications over the network node(s) may be established. A determination as to whether the network node(s) are impaired or congested may be made and, if the network node(s) are determined to be impaired or congested, communications of the data packets including non-real-time content over the network node(s) may be altered. Otherwise, if the network node(s) are not determined to be impaired or congested, the call may be established on the network node(s). In one embodiment, a call control manager may manage the call.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer-implementable method for aiding file searching within a file service by indexing historical filenames and locations. In response to receiving a request to alter a first name corresponding to a file within the file system to a second name, a file system manager associates the second name to the first name and to the file within the file system data structure. When receiving a request for a file, wherein the request includes the first name, the file system manager searches the file system for the file based on the first name. When determining the search based on the first name is not successful, the file system manager searches the file system data structure for the file based on the second name. When the second name is located within the file system data structure, the file system manager returns the file to fulfill the request.

Abstract: A keyboard support mechanism containing a novel articulating arm mechanism for permitting vertical movement of the keyboard shelf. The articulating arm mechanism has six major components: (1) a mounting bracket, (2) a mounting bracket support in combination with a swivel bracket, (3) a shelf bracket, (4) an upper arm, (5) at least one side arm, and (6) at least one stopping means.
