  • Publication number: 20240249263
Abstract: A payment service may receive interaction data from a plurality of entities and analyze interactions to identify one or more interactions eligible for expedited payment. The expedited payment comprises a near real-time transfer of funds to a financial account of an entity. A user interface may be presented via an entity device that includes a representation of the eligible interaction(s). A pop-up window may be overlaid on the user interface that includes a display element selectable to request the expedited payment of at least one of the eligible interactions. Based on receipt of an indication that the entity has selected the display element, an expedited payment may be initiated for the at least one eligible interaction. • Publication number: 20240248611
Abstract: Aspects of the innovations herein are consistent with a storage system for storing variable sized objects. According to certain implementations, the storage system may be a transaction-based system that uses variable sized objects to store data, and/or may be implemented using data stores, such as arrays disks arranged in ranks. In some exemplary implementations, each rank may include multiple stripes, each stripe may be read and written as a convenient unit for maximum performance, and/or a rank manager may be provided to dynamically configure the ranks. In certain implementations, the storage system may include a stripe space table that contains entries describing the amount of space used in each stripe. Further, an object map may provide entries for each object in the storage system describing the location, the length and/or version of the object.

  • Publication number: 20240246808
Abstract: A beverage syrup pump system is disclosed including a pump housing having an internal pumping chamber, a pump motor, and a pumping mechanism driven by the motor within the pumping chamber. The pumping mechanism receives a syrup fluid at a first pressure and discharges the fluid at a second pressure which is greater than the first pressure. Connected to the pumping chamber is a cylindrical space with a spring and a plunger having a magnet. The plunger is in contact with a quantity of the fluid at a second pressure and moves along the cylindrical space against the biasing force of the spring. Once the second pressure exceeds a predetermined pressure, the corresponding fluid pressure in the cylindrical space exerts enough force on the plunger to move it past a predetermined point within the cylindrical space such that the magnet causes a reed switch in a first position switch to move to a second position and send a signal to a controller.
