  • Patent number: 10746769
Abstract: A wireless sensor includes at least one undulating electrical conductor. The undulating electrical conductor(s) extends along a spiral path between its first end and second end that remain electrically unconnected. Each undulating electrical conductor has inductance and capacitance wherein, in the presence of a time-varying magnetic field, the undulating electrical conductor(s) resonates to generate a harmonic response.

    Assignee: TEXTILE INSTRUMENTS, LLC
Inventors: Susan P. Bernard, Robert P. Donley
  • Patent number: 10273961
Abstract: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell assembly that includes a plurality of individual fuel cells, each fuel cell having an electrolyte medium, a cathode and an anode; and at least one centrifugal blower system for providing a flow of gaseous medium to the fuel cell assembly. The centrifugal blower system includes a series of blower units, each blower unit in the series comprising a casing having an axial inlet and a radial outlet, an impeller disposed within the casing for drawing a gaseous medium at a first pressure in the axial inlet and expelling gaseous medium at a second higher pressure through the radial outlet, and a motor for driving the impeller; and a duct connecting the radial outlet of at least one blower unit in the series of blower units with the axial inlet of at least one successive blower unit in the series of blower units.

  • Patent number: 4368349
Abstract: A flasher controller for vehicle warning lights that comprises a housing for a circuit board that electrically controls the device. The apparatus includes a mounting strap of conductive material which includes an internal ground connection with the circuit board and a mounting flange external of the housing that functions as the external ground connection for the circuit board. The housing is filled with a resinous material that functions as a weatherproof seal, as well as means for securing the mounting strap to the housing. The device is adapted to automatically sequentially operate and flash either amber or red warning lights on the vehicle in accordance with a plurality of selectable programs. The control functions are effected entirely by solid state electrical components which are potted together with the mounting strap.
