    Abstract: A seat adapted for mounting on a vehicle tire has a seat with a sleeve extending vertically from the bottom of the seat. A rod is adapted to engage the sleeve. A base plate is attached perpendicularly to the rod and a suitable means is used to attach the base plate to the vehicle tire.
