    Abstract: A mixing apparatus includes a motor. A first plate is connected to the motor. The first plate includes a spiral groove. A second plate is disposed on the first plate. The second plate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The second plate is disposed on the first plate. A plurality of clamping posts is disposed on the second plate. Each of the plurality of clamping posts is connected to the spiral groove through the second surface of the second plate, and the plurality of clamping posts is configured to guide and secure a vessel to a center of the first surface of the second plate, by rotating the first and second plates with respect to each other. A content of the vessel is mixed by rotating the first plate, the second plate, and the vessel about their respective centers.
