    Abstract: A utility cart includes a flooring apparatus and a pair of wheels. The flooring apparatus includes first and second bracket assemblies and first and second panel members. The first and second panel members are movable relative to the first and second bracket assemblies between an unfolded position in which the first and second panel members extend horizontally and a folded position in which the first and second panel members extend vertically. One wheel of the pair of wheels is attached to the first bracket assembly and another wheel of the pair of wheels is attached to the second bracket assembly. The flooring apparatus is disposed between the pair of wheels when the first and second panel members are in the unfolded position and the folded position.
