  • Patent number: 10885687
Abstract: Examples of techniques to display graphical representations of analyzed augmented reality (AR) consumption data are disclosed. In one example implementation according to aspects of the present disclosure, consumption data generated from an AR experience is analyzed. A graphical representation of the analyzed consumption data is then displayed.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 29, 2014
Date of Patent: January 5, 2021
    Assignee: Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P.
Inventors: Robert Paul Severn, David Stone, Matthew Sullivan

  • Publication number: 20170230589
Abstract: Examples of techniques for targeting campaigns in augmented reality are disclosed, In one example implementation according to aspects of the present disclosure a plurality of augmented reality overlays to be is based on a received trigger image are generated A plurality of targeting groups are then defined. For example, a targeting group may be associated with a targeting campaign aimed at a classification of user, which may be a subset of the plurality of augmented reality overlays.

  • Publication number: 20170221247
Abstract: Examples of techniques to display overlays and events in augmented reality using graph traversal techniques are disclosed. In one example implementation according to aspects of the present disclosure, an event is associated with each of a plurality of augmented reality overlays. The plurality of augmented reality overlays and associated events is then displayed, using graph traversal techniques, as a graphical representation.

  • Publication number: 20170043256
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a system for an augmented gaming platform. The method and system may capture an image using a computer device with a camera and a display. The method and system may send the image to a matching engine, wherein a trigger is matched to an object in the image. The method and system may return by the matching engine an overlay based on the trigger. The method and system may enter the overlay into an augmented gaming platform.

  • Publication number: 20170046879
Abstract: In an example, an augmented reality experience is displayed without a physical trigger. A trigger image for an augmented reality experience is selected by a processor of a computing device. A planar surface in a real-world environment is detected to frame the trigger image. The trigger image is then superimposed on top of a camera feed of the planar surface. Accordingly, the augmented reality experience is activated on a display, wherein the augmented reality experience includes the superimposed trigger image.
