  • Patent number: 11168869
Abstract: A lighting device comprises a light source defining a central axis and comprising at least two mutually independently operable lighting elements. The lighting device further comprises a rotatable deflective member rotatably mounted about said axis, and a fixed deflective member fixedly mounted on said axis and comprising at least two mutually differently deflective portions which each are associated with a respective lighting element. The lighting device of the invention enables various operation modes, like light beam rotation can rotate, jumping of the light beam from one location to another by a sequence of switching on and off one or more of the at least two lighting elements, or in that it can be dimmed or boosted, for example dimmable in steps by a sequence of one by one switching off the lighting elements.

  • Patent number: 8390184
Abstract: A system comprises a light source (42) and an electrode device (1). The light source comprises a base (46) with a base surface on which at least two contact elements (47, 48, 54) are provided. The electrode device has at least two electrodes (23, 24, 31, 32) in mutually stacked positions, which electrodes are preferably made of a permanent magnetic, ferromagnet or electro-magnetic material and have a different polarity during operation. The system further comprises at least one electrode comprising a layer of auto-closing material. This ensures that the system can maintain a satisfactory, reliable electric contact between the electrodes and the contact elements, and, after removal of the light source, gives the system a more aesthetic appearance because damages are practically invisible.

  • Publication number: 20050108172
Abstract: A method and a system of/for detecting and reporting infringement of an intellectual property item on a client server system. The intellectual property item can be a utility model, a patent, a trademark, a design or a copyright. The method includes the steps of transferring a first information item (1004) representing an intellectual property item based on a selection criterion from a server (1001) to a client (1003); transferring a second information item (1005) representing a potentially infringing object specified by a user (1006) from the client to the server or transferring by mail the second information item to an administrator of the intellectual property item. The method further includes the steps of involving the user in the detection and the reporting of infringement by a simulation in the form of a presented good will of justice and a presented potential reward in order to make the user transfer the second information item, and presenting a reward when infringement is in fact determined.
