Publication number: 20260120504Abstract: A computer and process provide for locating and displaying a routing diagram such as a wiring diagram, a pneumatic or hydraulic line diagram, or an optical cable diagram. The routing diagram is retrieved based on a search involving a vehicle and a specific component within the vehicle and is presented on a display along with a user-selectable control corresponding to the component. The routing diagram includes routable components, such as electrical circuits, pneumatic or hydraulic lines, or optical cables, as well as a representation of the selected vehicle component. A user can highlight routable components connected to the component by selecting the component from the displayed routing diagram, aiding in the interpretation of the routing diagram.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 28, 2025Publication date: April 30, 2026Inventors: Michel B. Alberry, Lester B. Johnson, Michael S. Knize, John P. McGraw, Robert Pilz, Thomas W. Tipps, Eric J. Wade, Patrick S. Merg, Roy Steven Brozovich, Todd Mercer, Thomas A. Southward

Patent number: 12613618Abstract: A method and computing system operable for displaying a first routing diagram on a display. The first routing diagram is a member of a first set of routing diagrams that includes multiple different routing diagrams. Displaying the first routing diagram includes displaying a user-selectable control and a first portion of a particular routable component within the first routing diagram. The user-selectable control indicates that the particular routable component continues on a second routing diagram. An additional function include determining, by one or more processors, a selection of the user-selectable control occurs while the first routing diagram is displayed on the display. A further function includes displaying the second routing diagram on the display in response to determining the selection of the user-selectable control occurs while the first routing diagram is displayed on the display. Displaying the second routing diagram includes displaying a second portion of the particular routable component.Type: GrantFiled: May 19, 2021Date of Patent: April 28, 2026Assignee: Mitchell Repair Information Company, LLCInventors: Michel B. Publication number: 20250225811Abstract: A method, computing system and memory containing program instructions executable by a processor to cause a computing system to cause multiple routable components, such as electrical circuits, within a routing diagram to be highlighted in response to selection of a connectable component in the diagram. The diagram is received in response to a request that includes a vehicle identifier including at least model year and manufacturer identifiers, and a textual search criterion, and then displayed on a display. Displaying the diagram includes showing representations of the connectable component and the multiple routable components on the display. The representations of the connectable component and the multiple routable components are selectable via a graphical user interface. In response to receiving a selection of the representation of the connectable component shown on the display, the diagram is displayed on the display with the representations of the multiple routable components highlighted.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 26, 2025Publication date: July 10, 2025Inventors: Michel B. Alberry, Lester B. Johnson, Michael S. Knize, John P. McGraw, Robert Pilz, Thomas W. Tipps, Eric J. Wade, Patrick S. Merg, Roy Steven Brozovich, Todd Mercer, Thomas A. Southward

Patent number: 12046068Abstract: A method includes transmitting a request for a computer-readable routing diagram, such as a wiring diagram, a pneumatic or hydraulic line diagram, or an optical cable diagram. The method also includes receiving, in response to the request, a routing diagram including a connectable component and at least a portion of a routing set. The connectable component is associated with both a connectable component identifier and the routing set. The routing set contains one or more routable components, such as electrical circuits, pneumatic or hydraulic lines, or optical cables. Further, the method includes displaying, on a display, the routing diagram and at least the portion of the routing set highlighted. Displaying at least the portion of the routing set highlighted occurs in response to an occurrence of the connectable component being selected from the routing diagram displayed on the display or in response to the request including the connectable component identifier.Type: GrantFiled: July 2, 2019Date of Patent: July 23, 2024Assignee: Snap-on IncorporatedInventors: Michel B. The first routing diagram is a member of a first set of routing diagrams that includes multiple different routing diagrams. Displaying the first routing diagram includes displaying a user-selectable control and a first portion of a particular routable component within the first routing diagram. The user-selectable control corresponds to a location of the display where a first terminal connected to the particular routable component or a second terminal connected or connectable to the first terminal is displayed. An additional function include determining, by a processor, a selection of the user-selectable control occurs while the first routing diagram is displayed on the display. A further function includes displaying, on the display in response to determining the selection of the user-selectable control occurs, the second routing diagram with a second portion of the particular routable component highlighted.Type: GrantFiled: November 21, 2021Date of Patent: July 23, 2024Assignee: Mitchell Repair Information Company, LLCInventors: Michel B. Publication number: 20140038744Abstract: A golf club (10) is configured to dissipate kinetic energy during the impact when striking the golf ball, thereby to reduce the quantum of kinetic energy transferred from the golf club (10) to the ball and reducing the distance that the ball travels. The reduction in ball travel encourages the player to use more concentric muscle action at the moment of impact and thus to have better control over the impact. The golf club (10) includes a shaft (18) and a head (14) and the head (14) comprises a support structure (22) that is connected to the shaft (18), and an impact absorbent structure (16) that defines a face (46) of the golf club (10). The impact absorbent structure (16) includes a cushion (48), disposed between the face (46) and the support structure (22) and the cushion (48) is made of a shear thickening material.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 2, 2013Publication date: February 6, 2014Applicant: Leatt CorporationInventors: Christopher James Leatt, Willem Van Der Merwe, Robert Pilz
