    Abstract: An adjustable crate assembly is disclosed. The assembly is composed of a pair of opposing sidewalls and adjustable crossbars which connect the opposing sidewalls. The crossbars connect to mateable portions on the inner surfaces of the panels which make up the sidewalls. The crossbars serve as a top of bottom to the crate and hold the item being crated. In one embodiment the sidewalls and the crossbars are formed of modular panels which may be strung together end to end.
