  • Publication number: 20230165394
Abstract: A floating beverage holder designed to chill and maintain a cold beverage container in an upright position on water. The beverage holder includes an open cavity sized and shaped to accommodate a desired beverage container, or multiple beverage containers. A first sealed compartment substantially surrounds the cavity and includes a freezable material, such as water, refrigerant or a gel. A second compartment filled with a buoyant and insulative material, such as a polyurethane, substantially surrounds the first compartment. A hard outer shell protects the insulative material of the second compartment. The body of the holder is shaped to provide stability on the water surface.

  • Patent number: 7401042
Abstract: A method for measuring a price level of an option contract or a series of options contracts based upon a volatility of an underlying security. The method includes the process of calculating a rate of return index for an option series. The rate of return index includes factors such as the implied rate of return, the price of the underlying security, and a weighting factor. The rate of return index may be used for a series of call option contracts and a series of put option contracts. Both the series of call option contracts and series of put option contracts may be numerically set to provide an implied interest rate at a specific volatility.

  • Publication number: 20070022104
Abstract: A method for searching identifying data in a library or a collection of libraries. The method includes the steps of compiling a master library of data and determining the overlap of data from an independent library to sub-library within the master library. The purpose is to determine the range of overlapping data between two libraries, and make recommendations of data omitted from one of the libraries if the libraries are determined to be closely related. In determining the proximity of the libraries, a comparison of names between the libraries is conducted based upon a factor. Thereafter, the libraries are assigned a rank based upon a criteria and a score is assigned to the library based upon the closeness of the rank of the data in the library to the data in the master library.

  • Publication number: 20050203447
Abstract: A hydrotherapy massage apparatus for the limbs of a patient having a water-tight chamber and a limb-receiving and surrounding waterproof, flexible sleeve extending longitudinally through an opening in the front wall of the chamber for insertion of the limb to be massaged into the chamber. At least one continuous hollow water head surrounds the sleeve and has opposed, peripherally spaced apart openings facing the sleeve through which water jets may be directed upon peripherally spaced apart portions of the limb within the sleeve.

  • Patent number: 4743443
Abstract: A tri-color or alternating bi-color lipstick and method of molding the same is disclosed. The lipstick is formed using a known book-type mold. The color divisions are achieved by using a removable insert. One insert is used to form the middle section. Another insert is a solid plate and is used to prevent lipstick product from entering the middle section while the outer sections are being filled. In use, the lipstick is axially rotated by the user to present the desired color to the lips. In serial or simultaneous fashion, more than one color may be applied to permit blending.
