Abstract: An advertisement system provides an advertisement impression in response to each advertisement request received from each of a plurality of diverse general media advertisement delivery systems. The advertisement system comprises a placement database and a distribution object. The placement stores a plurality of instances of advertisement content, each in association with a subject matter category, rendering factors, and a financial parameter. The distribution object receives each advertisement request. Each advertisement request includes channel identifier and at least one query parameter.

Abstract: An advertising system provides content relevant advertisements to a client. The system comprises an advertisement object, an auto rendering object, and a distribution object. The advertisement object defined an instance of advertisement content in a placement database and defined, in association with the instance, each of a financial parameter and redirect data. The auto rendering object generates associated advertisement content. The associated advertisement content being associated advertisement content selected from a group of associated advertisement content consisting of: i) an alternative rendering of the instance of advertisement content; and ii) an alternative rendering of content obtained in response to linking to the redirect URL.

Abstract: A method for providing advertising services in general media using a pay for performance model is provided. A service provider defines at least one biddable advertisement for presentation in advertising media. A bid amount chargeable to a participating advertiser upon a response to the at least one biddable advertisement is determined, generally by an open auction conducted by the service provider. The biddable advertisement is associated with a participating advertiser based, at least in part, on the bid amount. As responses to the biddable advertisement are received by the service provider, they are provided to the associated participating advertiser and that participating advertiser is charged the bid amount for the response. The advertiser associated with a biddable ad can change in real time based on the auction and association mechanisms used by the service provider, such as a bid weighted rotation which associates the biddable ad to a number of participating advertisers.

Abstract: The present invention is a multimedia management system for storing, manipulating, displaying, and packaging multimedia content. The invention includes different aspects of handling and display of multimedia content, both on a PC and in association with external storage media. The system provides a visual inventory of such files to facilitate retrieval of desired content from external removable media such as CD's, DVD's or removable disk drives. Additionally, the present invention is directed to systems and methods for creating, organizing, distributing, and packaging digital content in a convenient manner.

The system provides users with a simple and intuitive method and computer program for reviewing multimedia content, which can include digital video, digital audio and text, still images, animation, and MIDI.
