Abstract: One or more embodiments of a device for holding a pot or pan and a lid are disclosed. The device includes a base, a front holder element, a first holder element, a second holder element, and an attachment extension. The base includes a front surface which extends in a front plane. The first holder element is attached to the front surface between the front surface and the front holder element. The first holder element includes a first surface extending in a first plane. The second holder element is attached to the front surface between the front surface and the front holder element. The second holder element includes a second surface extending in a second plane. The second plane is different from the first plane. The attachment extension is attached to the front surface.
