  • Patent number: 7529742
Abstract: A computer implemented system for managing and processing mobile drilling unit supply and demand information for a user. The system comprises a web application processor, an interface for communication and a database processor for communication. The interface in communication with the web application processor has a supply query for obtaining a set of supply data and an open demand drilling requirement query for obtaining a set of open demand drilling data. The database processor can be in communication with the interface for receiving at least one of the queries wherein the at least one query operates on a dynamic information relational database in communication with the database processor. The database provides a set of data responsive to the queries. The web application processor further comprises computer instructions for translating the set of data into a viewable online report.

  • Patent number: 7425916
Abstract: A digital missile warning system comprising a distributed pulse doppler radar having a plurality of antennas, each being coupled to a transmit/receive (T/R) module located adjacent to the antenna, and parallel signal processing channels including an A/D converter, FFT processor and a range/velocity track file processor in each channel for each antenna resulting in enhanced detection range, reduced False Alarm Rate (FAR), faster response time, reduced size, weight and installation requirements, improved reliability and reduced acquisition and life cycle costs. An optional optical missile warning system can provide azimuth and elevation data to the track file processors which enables a three (3) dimensional track of a missile, with azimuth and elevation angles provided by the optical system and range, velocity and acceleration data provided by the pulse doppler radar. The combination of Pulse Doppler Radar MWS and the Optical MWS produces close to a zero False Alarm Rate (FAR).

  • Patent number: 5512056
Abstract: The discovery that by use of a spreader beam and pressure pad which has an adjustable strap secured to its ends, and then positioning the spreader beam with the pressure pad over the wound or puncture, will inhibit the bleeding and enhance coagulation is disclosed. As a result of the method, substantially less than 180.degree. radially of a limb or a body portion is subject to the pressure of the strap. Only a small portion of the radius of the skin is engaged by the pressure pad itself. The method of the invention derives from utilizing a spreader beam and pressure point with a strap at each end of the spreader beam in surrounding engagement with a limb or other body portion which has been punctured, and then positioning the pressure pad to apply pressure to the puncture point, and keeping the compress in place until the wound has ceased bleeding.

  • Patent number: 4112496
Abstract: A capacitor matrix correlator is provided for correlating two or more periodic signals in which a passive correlator is provided with a summing circuit implemented on the same printed circuit board utilized to form the capacitor correlator matrix. The capacitor correlator matrix and summing circuit are manufactured through the use of face to face printed circuit boards having overlying sections patterned and registered so as to form the capacitive elements, thereby simplifying the manufacture of the capacitive correlator and summing circuits.

  • Patent number: 4028699
Abstract: A pulsed doppler search radar is disclosed in which range, bearing, and radial velocity are made available for display. The radar incorporates a capacitor matrix correlator and an improved method of range determination utilizing passive decoding circuitry and sequential unblanking of the capacitor correlator matrix drivers where required. Moreover, a passive implementation of the doppler direction algorithm is provided in which a summing circuit is implemented on the same printed circuit board utilized to form the capacitor correlator matrix. The capacitor matrix correlator and doppler direction summing circuit are manufactured through the use of face-to-face printed circuit boards having overlying sections patterned and registered so as to form the capacitive elements thereby simplifying the manufacture of the doppler correlator and doppler direction circuits.
