  • Patent number: 11396760
Abstract: The present disclosure includes a handle assembly system for use with lift and slide doors. The handle assembly can include a handle housing that can serve as a support frame for housing and securing the handle flush within a front face of the door. The handle can be pivoted out of the handle housing and extended to increase length, wherein rotating the handle allows a user to actuate the door panels in order to open and close the sliding door system. The telescoping handle can allow a user to grip the handle and provide a lever-type function to reduce the force required by the user to actuate the panel, such as to lift the panel onto or off the track.

  • Patent number: 10166837
Abstract: An idle reduction system for use with an engine can include a main unit including a controller, and a relay controlled by the controller. The relay can be electrically connected between an ignition switch and an electrical power source for starting the engine. A method of reducing idling of an engine can include connecting an idle reduction system, thereby permitting the system to shut down the engine in response to one or more predetermined conditions, the idle reduction system starting the engine in response to at least one of: a) battery voltage being less than a predetermined level, and b) engine temperature being less than a predetermined level, and the idle reduction system controlling operation of at least one of: an auxiliary air conditioner and an auxiliary heater.

  • Patent number: 5270032
Abstract: A method for treating Candida infections of surfaces and cavities of dentures, the oral and vaginal cavities is disclosed. The method includes contacting an antifungal formulation onto the surface or cavity which is infected with the Candida fungus. The antifungal formulation includes a humectant in a concentration from about 20% to about 80%, lytic activating agents including inorganic monovalent anions and detergents. The antifungal formulation is contacted to the infected surface or cavity by suitable carrier or dispenser. The method is preferably directed towards the treatment of denture stomatitis in the oral cavity. The method preferably includes forming a replica of the denture surface using a suitable fungal growth medium to determine the location and, then, contacting the infected denture surface and surface of the oral cavity with the antifungal formulation.
