The anchoring limbs, once inserted into the bone, form fixation points on one side of said bone on either side of the epiphyseal, plate. The transverse web has at least one narrowed zone that can be plastically deformed under a flexural load, said zone having any position and form without abrupt transitions and being situated between the fixation points.
