    Abstract: Apparatus, systems, and methods herein acquire and develop ad targeting relevancy information, route the relevancy information through a network, and use the relevancy information to prioritize ad flows and to select targeted, high-value ads to deliver to subscribers. Some example embodiments may intercept a subscriber internet access stream and/or interact with one or more subscriber information sources to acquire and develop the relevancy information. The relevancy information may then be introduced into the ad delivery ecosystem. Other example embodiments are described and claimed.

    Abstract: A network device is placed on the edge of a service provider's network to intercept incoming and outgoing packets from a computer within the service provider's network. On interception of such a packets, the network device uses personal information about the user of the computer stored in a database in the service provider's network, to determine if such packet should be altered, and if deeming it appropriate alters such packet before sending the packet to its destination. This allows users of the service provider's network to provide personal preferences to the service provider, which will be used by the network device to alter packets according to such preferences.

The network device may modify the request based on user data and aggregate the user data at the media center. The user data may be received from a plurality of ISPs at the media center.

    Abstract: A system and method of processing a request for an advertisement for presentation to a user in a web page is described. The method may comprise, in an Internet Service Provider (ISP) network, receiving an HTTP advertisement request from a user device, the advertisement request destined for an associated destination content server. Thereafter, the advertisement request may be intercepted prior to communication of the advertisement request by the ISP network to the associated destination content server. User data associated with the user may be accessed and the advertisement request may be modified by including a trigger code that triggers the associated destination content server to redirect the advertisement request to a new destination content server.
