  • Patent number: 11742536
Abstract: Provided are systems for vehicle energy storage having parallel cooling comprising a plurality of modules. Each module may comprise two half modules coupled together. Each half module can include a plurality of battery cells. A current carrier of each half module may be electrically coupled to the cells. The cells may be disposed between the current carrier and a plate. Each half module can have the cells, current carrier, and blast plate disposed in an enclosure. The enclosure can have a coolant sub-system for circulating coolant in parallel to the plurality of cells such that each of the battery cells is at approximately the same predetermined temperature. The modules may be disposed in a tray. A coolant system may be provided for circulating coolant across the plurality of modules in parallel such that each of the modules can be maintained at approximately the same predetermined temperature.

  • Publication number: 20170257377
Abstract: A method and a device for delegating access rights in a system which is configured to handle access rights of users to resources in the system is disclosed. The method comprises assigning a first access right to a first user; appointing a pool of one or more users serving as deputies for the first user; checking if the first user, during a predefined period of time, has refrained from performing a predefined activity with respect to the resources; and if so, delegating the first access right to a user in the pool.

  • Patent number: 9619668
Abstract: A device may correspond to a physical access controller in a distributed physical access control system. The device in a distributed system may include logic configured to detect a request from an application to access an application dataset, wherein the application dataset corresponds to a distributed dataset and determine whether the application dataset exists in the distributed system. The logic may be further configured to generate the application dataset in the distributed system, in response to determining that the application dataset does not exist in the distributed system, and send, to other devices in the distributed system, a request to join a dataset group that includes devices associated with the application dataset, in response to determining that the application dataset exists in the distributed system.
