Abstract: A system for monitoring call quality may include a monitoring environment. The monitoring environment may be operable to obtain information associated with a call between two or more computing devices, and may generate a composite quality score for the call based on the information. The composite quality score may be based on values of a plurality of parameters associated with the call. A method of monitoring call quality is also disclosed.

Abstract: A system for monitoring phone numbers includes a computing device having at least one processor and memory associated with the processor. A telephone network supports a plurality of telephone numbers. The computing device is configured to obtain data directly from the telephone network. The data indicates call activity involving the phone numbers, respectively, during a time period having a preselected duration. The computing device determines, for each of the phone numbers, whether the data indicates that there were no successfully answered calls placed to the phone number during the time period. For any such phone number, the computing device places a test call to the phone number. In the event that the test call is not successful, the computing device provides an indication of a problem with the phone number.

Abstract: Platform-agnostic digital assistant methods and apparatuses are provided. The apparatuses and methods include a processor configured by a memory to receive user data from a storage, wherein the storage includes informational contents, establish a communication channel with an entity, utilize the communication channel to exchange a plurality of information related at least to a user and a language component between the processor and the entity, extract at least one user datum from the plurality of information by analyzing the second portion of the plurality of information, modify the informational contents of the storage based on at least one of the user datum and the plurality of information, generate a task datum as a function of the modified informational contents and transmit the task datum to the entity.

Abstract: An apparatus for automatically generating a profile evaluation is disclosed. The apparatus comprises at least a processor and a memory communicatively connected to the at least a processor. The memory instructs the processor to extract a user profile from a user. The memory then instructs the processor to generate a verified user profile as a function of the user profile. The memory instructs the processor to identify at least one evaluation factor associated with the verified user profile. The memory additionally instructs the processor to generate a profile evaluation as a function of the at least one evaluation factor. The memory instructs the processor to display the profile evaluation using a display device.

Abstract: An electrical connector is provided for mounting a microphone which has opposite flat faces joined by an arcuate periphery, with a speaker in one of the flat faces. The connector includes a dielectric housing having a generally rectangular microphone insertion cavity for receiving the microphone inserted periphery-first into the cavity. The cavity is defined at least in part by opposing side walls of the housing adapted for engaging the opposite faces of the microphone at the edges thereof near the periphery of the microphone. At least one side wall has an opening in registry with the speaker face of the microphone. Terminals project into the cavity for engaging appropriate terminals on the microphone.
