  • Patent number: 10925542
Abstract: A multi-electrode mapping catheter for endocardial contact mapping of a heart chamber includes an expandable basket movable between a contracted configuration and a pre-shaped deployed configuration, the expandable basket including a plurality of flexible splines. Each spline includes a flex circuit and an electrode for mapping. A catheter shaft extending from the basket includes a lumen formed therethrough for receiving an ablation catheter for placement within the expandable basket. Each flex circuit includes a conductor that directly connects the proximal end of the catheter shaft to an electrode as a single continuous piece. In another embodiment, a shaft flex circuit extends along the length of the shaft and is electrically connected to a basket flex circuit. The expandable basket maintains the electrodes in direct contact with the wall of the heart while accommodating wall motion of the beating heart during mapping and can continually map while ablating.

  • Publication number: 20200395585
Abstract: The present disclosure is related to electrochemical cell components, electrochemical cells, and associated methods. According to certain embodiments, the electrochemical cell component may comprise a separator and a layer comprising lithium adhered to the separator. In some embodiments, the separator and layer comprising lithium may be positioned between two electrodes within an electrochemical cell. The use of such arrangements can, according to certain embodiments, allow for the facile introduction of supplemental lithium to an electrochemical cell in a manner that is compatible with existing electrochemical cell fabrication processes.

  • Patent number: 9239831
Abstract: A data localization service is provided for a web browser residing on a computing device. Depending upon the availability of the network connection as well as the level of native support in the browser, the data localization service will support different levels of service/performance to optimize the user experience. To do so, the data localization service includes a priority handler configured to receive a request to localize data from a requesting client application and provide in response thereto a localized representation of the data to the requesting client application. The data localization service may also include a native data localizer configured to receive a request to localize data from the priority handler and localize the data in accordance with a localization preference parameter indicative of a locale. The native data localizer may be a function integrated into the script interpreter of the web browser.

  • Patent number: 8788257
Abstract: The disclosed subject matter provides a system and method for responding to messages related to multilingual input from different operating systems. A central hub component executing on a processor manages communication between connected components, such as computer applications and different processes. An input message may be analyzed by the processor to determine a type of input device. A combination of rule sets may be applied to the input message sets. The first and second rule sets may be selected based on the analysis. The first and second rule sets may be applied to the input message. A probable output message may be generated from the application of each of the rule sets in the combination of rule sets, and forwarded for delivery to an output device.

  • Patent number: 5305769
Abstract: A power spray washing machine includes an enclosed wash cabinet positioned above a wash holding tank and a rinse holding tank. Openings are provided through a floor of the wash cabinet directly into the wash and rinse tanks, respectively. Vertical plug valves are associated with each opening to open and close the openings and control the flow of fluids therethrough. Each valve includes a first valve head moveable between a closed position in direct contact with and closing the opening and an open position out of contact with and uncovering the opening. The valve heads retain no fluid between the floor of the wash cabinet and the holding tanks when the valve head is in the closed position. By this arrangement, cross contamination of solutions between the wash and rinse holding tanks is minimized or eliminated.
