Abstract: The invention relates to a specific web roll, a process for making the web roll, and a process for making a casemade binder. The web roll can be: 1) a laminate of plastic film and printed sheets, or 2) a laminate of two plastic films, or 3) a single plastic film. The web roll has images printed on the printed sheets in the first embodiment, images printed on one or both films of the second type, and a reverse printed image on the third embodiment. In each embodiment, the image includes at least one alignment spot that corresponds to each casemade binder. In each application, the web roll is aligned, cut and secured to a substrate for each binder so that the exterior of the binder has the image thereon.
