  • Patent number: 8108342
Abstract: This invention relates to computer implemented methods and systems for content mobilization, and in particular, methods and systems for mobilization of video, music, photos and other media, including processes for mobile search, mobile messaging, building a mobile content library, and combinations thereof. Content mobilization may be initiated by entry of search parameters or keywords and followed by retrieval of search results (e.g. videos, images, audio files) from online source(s). Upon selection of a content item by user, the process dynamically retrieves the media from online source. Further, the media file may be dynamically edited and then dynamically transcoded and sent to a mobile device.

  • Patent number: 7946441
Abstract: A molded plastic container assembly comprising an open top container and a closure which sealingly fits on the top of the container. A collar is integral with the container sidewall just below the top rim to provide a space into which the lower edge of the closure skirt extends to prevent removal closure until a tear strip formed in the collar is removed. The tear strip in the collar extends fully through one corner of the container assembly and at least half way toward both of the adjacent corners to provide substantial area of access to the closure lower edge as well make the tear strip to large to present a choking hazard to small children.

  • Publication number: 20090011780
Abstract: The invention includes systems and methods for creating and managing lists of addresses (mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and so on) corresponding to disparate communication channels and sending messages to addresses or groups of addresses that may correspond to disparate communication channels, and receiving replies via one or more of these communication channels. In particular, the invention relates to systems and methods for creating and managing lists of addresses where some of the addresses may be mobile phone numbers and other addresses may correspond to other communication channels including email and systems and methods of determining the gateway or domain if an incomplete address, determining the MIME type for the content of the message, determining the wrapper for the content of the message, sending the message to one or more addresses or a group of addresses, and receiving replies via one or more of these communication channels.

  • Publication number: 20080072139
Abstract: The invention includes systems and methods for selecting, arranging, adapting, substituting, supplementing, and optimizing content for mobile and/or other electronic devices. Mobilized content is accessible from any web-enabled electronic device including mobile phones and game devices as well as desktops and laptops. Mobilized content includes media files such as images, music, and videos as well as media clips of these files. In addition to mobilized media files and media clips, such methods and systems can also be used to enable mobile access to user's contacts, email, documents, tickets, and so on. Several methods enhance the usability of mobile phone with a graphical user interface with that enables the mobile user to select an option by pressing a single button on the keypad as an efficient alternative to scrolling from link to link.

  • Publication number: 20070262860
Abstract: The field of invention is computer-implemented methods and systems for distributing targeted messages and the serving, collecting, managing, and analyzing and reporting of information relating to mobile and other electronic devices. Targeting of messages can be improved by employing additional variables to target messages. In the push message process (1000) a message is sent to users of mobile devices based on one or more variables that may include current location as well as temporal variables such as time of day and other spatial or kinetic variables—measured and/or derived—including but not limited horizontal velocity, vertical velocity, heading, orientation, travel distance, travel time, range and/or past points of reference in additional variables such as demographics, user preferences, and/or purchasing behavior. The user may be prompted to take an action in response to the message. In the user request process (2000) a user may make a request for information with or without first receiving a message.
