  • Publication number: 20250167495
Abstract: A high-voltage contact system with two high-voltage contacts which form a high-voltage connection in a battery-powered vehicle. A temperature sensor is arranged between the two high-voltage contacts and is designed to record a temperature based on the temperatures of both of the two high-voltage contacts. A thermally-conductive insulating element is embedded in the temperature sensor and contacts the two high-voltage contacts. The thermally-conductive insulating element forms a thermal bridge between the two HV-contacts and the temperature sensor so that the temperature sensor can record the temperature based on the temperatures of the two high-voltage contacts.

  • Publication number: 20240396397
Abstract: A connecting system for the electrical connection of an electric drive unit with an electric battery in an electric vehicle, in which the electric drive unit is supported in the electric vehicle with bearings that facilitate a driving-situation-dependent movement of the electric drive unit, the connecting system includes a double busbar for the energy transmission between the battery and the drive unit. The connecting system further includes a battery-side electrical contact connector for the electrical connection of the double busbar with the battery, a drive-side electrical contact connector for the electrical connection of the double busbar with the electric drive unit, and at least one fixing element for the fixing of the double busbar. The double busbar is configured to compensate for a relative movement, due to the driving-situation-dependent movement of the electric drive unit, between the drive-side electrical contact connector and the battery-side electrical contact connector.

  • Patent number: 10044126
Abstract: A plug connector to connect two electrical assemblies is provided that establishes a releasable connection between the assemblies, such as cells of a battery. The plug connector includes two contact pins, each connected to an electrical assembly, and a parallel plug connector with a busbar that is firmly connected to two contact housings. The length and shape of the parallel plug connector are adapted to the spacing of the contact pins of adjacent electrical assemblies when in the installed position. In this installed position, the parallel plug can connect the electrical assemblies together. In this form, tolerances in the position of the electrical assemblies are compensated in the insertion direction. The contact housings have common insertion directions and the parallel plug is movable from the insertion direction onto the two contact pins simultaneously. In this form, the parallel plug can be inserted after installation of the electrical assemblies.
