Abstract: A utility cutter comprising a first handle member having a handle end and a working end distal to the handle end and a second member having a handle end and a working end distal to the handle end wherein the first member is pivotally coupled to the second member. A cutting implement including a blade is coupled to the second member proximate to the working end of the second member, and a cutting surface is coupled to the first member proximate to the working end of the first member.

Abstract: A roll cage for a model car or truck is made of first and second elongated members and first and second inverted U-shaped cross members fabricated from flat metal stock. The roll cage is assembled by slip-fitting it together at mating slots formed into the elongated roll cage members and the inverted U-shaped roll cage members. A rigid roll cage is formed, which then is attached to the chassis of the model car or truck to overlie the components mounted on that chassis.

Abstract: A utility knife include a handle, a neck pivotally mounted on the handle, and a blade mounted in the neck. The neck can be folded into the handle to transport the utility knife. The blade is slidably removably inserted into and out of the handle without requiring disassembly of the handle. The blade is secured to the neck of the knife by a pivotally mounted arm.

Abstract: A method and apparatus is provided for ingesting a beverage and then administering a breath freshener. A disposable container is provided. The container includes a bottom. The bottom has an interior surface contacted by a liquid dispensed into the container. The bottom also has an exterior surface. A breath freshener is removably attached to the exterior surface.

Abstract: A battery terminal connector for connecting a battery cable to a battery terminal post includes a clamp body, a compression ring and a compression plate. The clamp body has a tapered hole for loosely receiving the battery terminal post. The conductive compression ring has a tapered inner peripheral wall and a tapered outer peripheral wall and is sized to fit into the tapered hole of the clamp body and over the battery terminal post. The taper of the inner and outer peripheral walls of the ring are opposed to each other. A compression plate is mounted to the clamp body and includes a flange for pressing the compression ring into the tapered hole to compress the ring and achieve tight electrical contact among the terminal post, the compression ring and the clamp body. The clamp body, the compression ring and the compression plate are made of a material having a hardness of at least about 60 on the Rockwell B scale.
