  • Publication number: 20060137962
Abstract: A remote electrical power control switch assembly for controlling power to a controlled device includes an electrical switch having a lever actuator. The switch is changed between an off state and an on state by movement of the lever between a first position and a second position, respectively. A key or lever operated cam lock includes a cam which operatively couples the cam lock to the switch lever. The cam lock is manually rotatable about a central axis between a first position wherein power is not provided to the controlled device and a second position wherein power is provided to the controlled device. The switch assembly preferably includes a piggyback plug adapted to be inserted into an electrical outlet and adapted to receive a second plug operatively coupled to the controlled device. The remote switch assembly may comprise a first and second mounting brackets.

  • Publication number: 20060132006
Abstract: A mobile rack cabinet includes an enclosure having an opening. A rail rack support assembly is mounted to and within the enclosure for support of rack-mounted electronic components. A retractable door is movably coupled to the enclosure for movement between a first closed position in which the door substantially covers the opening, an extended position in which the door is extended from the enclosure, and a retracted position in which the door is at least substantially retracted within the enclosure. The door is coupled to the enclosure by first and second pivot pins. The pivot pins are received in rail support tracks. Each rail support track includes a seat in which the pivot pins are rotatably received. To move the door from the extended position to the retracted position, the door must be lifted upwards to move the pivot pins out of the seats.

  • Publication number: 20060118685
Abstract: An adjustable length lacer bar assembly having first and second elongated members is adapted for use with an electronics storage rack having first and second columns. The second member is telescopically received by the first member. The first and second members are respectively connectable to the first and second columns. The first and second members respectively include first and second tabs. In a first embodiment, the first and second mounting tabs are oriented substantially parallel to the direction of telescoping motion, and in a second embodiment, the first and second mounting tabs are oriented substantially perpendicular to the direction of telescoping motion.

  • Publication number: 20050204875
Abstract: An anti-tamper fastener with a fastener head with a first side and a second side and a shank attached to and extending out from the second side. The fastener head has a substantially square hole formed in the first side that extends into the fastener head to a base. A post is located in the hole and extends out from the base toward the first side. A driver is also disclosed which is shaped to mate with the fastener. The driver includes a substantially square shank portion with a hole formed in it. The shank portion is sized to fit within the square hole in the fastener and the hole sized to receive the post in the fastener.

  • Publication number: 20050077255
Abstract: A pivot hinge assembly for mounting a cabinet to a frame. The assembly includes a first hinge pin bushing adapted to mount to the cabinet and a second hinge pin bushing adapted to mount to the frame. The hinge pin bushings each have a hole formed through it for receiving a pin, and substantially complementary mating surfaces for providing a bearing interface. The pin includes a head and a terminal end. Threads are formed on a portion of the pin which engage with threads in the second hinge pin bushing. A locking mechanism is removably attached to the pin near its terminal end. In one embodiment, the assembly includes a wear strip mounted to either the cabinet or the frame and which provides a low friction bearing surface between the cabinet and the frame.
