  • Patent number: 11022996
Abstract: One example aspect of the present disclosure relates to a method. The method can include receiving, by one or more computing devices, an input related to power consumption. The method can include filtering, by the one or more computing devices, the received input. The method can include classifying, by the one or more computing devices, the filtered input into one zone of a plurality of zones. The method can include determining, by the one or more computing devices, a setting associated with the classified zone. The setting can determine power production during an idle setting. The method can include causing, by the one or more computing devices, an adjustment to the determined setting at a rate determined by a rate limit.

  • Publication number: 20180349322
Abstract: Generation of models in real time embedded systems that approximate non-embedded models while reducing a complexity associated with the non-embedded models is provided herein. A system can comprise a memory coupled to a processor. The memory stores executable components executed by the processor. The executable components can comprise an evaluation manager component that identifies an input parameter of a first model based on a defined output parameter of the first model and a relation manager component that determines one or more relations in the first model. Relations of the one or more relations can comprise an intermediary parameter determined based on the input parameter and the defined output parameter of the first model. Further, the system can comprise a model generator manager component that generates a second model that approximates the first model and includes a replication of the one or more relations of the first model.

  • Patent number: 8651863
Abstract: The present invention is a dental implant system that has a band of connective tissue rings and grooves on an external surface of the dental implant system. The connective tissue band grooves have a depth of from greater than about 25 ?m to about 600 ?m. The dental implant system is designed to minimize tissue loss and to reduce the risk of bacterial infection in the implant site.

  • Publication number: 20060063133
Abstract: A dental implant having threads on the exterior surface that maintain an essentially constant number of turns per axial inch but vary in depth within a proximal section relative to a distal section on the implant is described. Near a distal end of the implant, the threads have a relatively shallow depth. Near a proximal end, the threads have a depth about twice as deep as near the distal end. Optionally, the implant may include a coating to facilitate anchoring on the proximal end threads. Further, the implant may be self-tapping or it may be tapered.
