  • Patent number: 10717952
Abstract: A process for producing a formulation that is solid at up to a temperature of at least 60° C., wherein (a) at least one nonionic surfactant of the general formula (I), R1—CH(OH)—CH2-(AO)x—R2 (I) (wherein: R1 is C4-C20-alkyl, R2 is C8-C20-alkyl, AO are each independently C2-C4-alkylene, and x is in a range from 5 to 100), is mixed in a molten state with (b) at least one second substance selected from polyethylene glycol and nonionic surfactants different from surfactants of general formula (I), confectioned, mixed and ground in the solid state with (c) silica or silicate and (d) at least one auxiliary selected from alkali metal citrate, alkali metal carbonate or at least one chelating agent selected from compounds of the general formula (II), R3—CH(COOM1)-N(CH2COOM1)2 (II) (wherein: R3 is C1-C4-alkyl, phenyl, benzyl, CH2OH and CH2CH2COOM1, and M1 is an alkali metal or a combination of at least two alkali metals). Furthermore granules and their use.

  • Patent number: 10123610
Abstract: A toothbrush comprises a head including a plurality of cleaning elements attached to the head, a handle, a neck extending between the head and the handle, a motor unit including a motor and a manual winder for manually energizing the motor, and a force sensor configured to detect a user-applied force exceeding a predetermined threshold force, wherein the force sensor causes the toothbrush to produce at least one of an audible signal and a tactile signal when the user-applied force exceeds a predetermined threshold force. An audible signal and a tactile signal may comprise, respectively, muting of the motor and interruption of vibration of the toothbrush.

  • Patent number: 6261346
Abstract: A process useful for protecting metal surfaces against corrosion in is presented involving: (a) forming a corrosion inhibitor having a compound corresponding to formula (I): where R1, R2 and R3 independently of one another represent an alkyl or hydroxyalkyl group containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an aryl or alkylaryl group or a group corresponding to formula (II): A− is an anion, n is the number 2 or 3, p is a number of 1 to 3 and R5 is an alkyl or alkenyl group containing 7 to 23 carbon atoms and 0, 1, 2 or 3 double bonds, and R4 is a group corresponding to formula (II) or (III): where R1, R2 and R3 are as defined above and Z is a group —(CH2)m— or a group corresponding to formula (IV):  m is an integer of 1 to 6, X is a group NH or an oxygen atom and D is a dimer fatty acid residue containing on average 36 to 54 carbon atoms; (b) combining the corrosion inhibitor with liquid aqueous, liquid non-aqueous or gaseous me
