  • Publication number: 20240102037
Abstract: This disclosure provides transgenic plants having enhanced traits such as increased yield, enhanced nitrogen use efficiency and enhanced drought tolerance; propagules, progeny and field crops of such transgenic plants; and methods of making and using such transgenic plants. This disclosure also provides methods of producing hybrid seed from such transgenic plants, growing such seed and selecting progeny plants with enhanced traits. Also disclosed are transgenic plants with altered phenotypes which are useful for screening and selecting transgenic events for the desired enhanced trait.

  • Publication number: 20060144345
Abstract: The present invention relates to a three-dimensional reflective cat collar whereby the three-dimensional reflective element is such as to promote the reflection of the light while the cat is in a position that is perpendicular to the headlights, such as while the cat is on a street, and also while the cat is in a position that is at an angle to the headlights, such as while the cat is approaching a street. The collar further serves to suppress overly long hair so that the three-dimensional reflective element remains visible. The present invention further relates to a tiered force releasable buckle whereby the tiered force releasable buckle is based upon a tiered weight class system which serves to place the feline into a specific weight class and that the release force of buckle is such as to correspond to the tiered weight class system.

  • Publication number: 20050263100
Abstract: The invention relates to a domesticated collarless pet or pets containment system comprised of a series of detection sensors that serve to establish a boundary, a control means which serves to monitor the detection sensors and should a pet or pets advance beyond the established boundary the control means would activate the perceptive sanctioning means, whereby the perceptive sanctioning means may essentially be comprised of water, however the sanctioning means is environmentally friendly and harmless to all life forms. The sanctioning means could further include an audio means whereby the audio means is activated in conjunction with the perceptive sanctioning means. It may, however, be desirable to deactivate the audio sanctioning means during the hours of darkness. However, careful consideration should be given to local noise ordnances.
