  • Publication number: 20250377371
Abstract: Purifying target biomolecules, such as nucleic acids or proteins, from a biological source is a time intensive process and is typically performed by a skilled technician or scientist owing to the highly technical nature of the work. Systems, devices, and methods disclosed herein enable the automated bioprocessing and purification of target biomolecules from a biological source. For example, an instrument and disposable cartridge are provided for automatedly isolating and purifying nucleic acids (such as plasmid DNA from a bacterial culture) or for isolating protein from any biological sample. Such an exemplary instrument and cartridge can work in concert to timely release, mix, and move the target biomolecule and various reagents and buffers through a target biomolecule purification process, resulting in a purified target biomolecule with less manual oversight than traditional approaches.

  • Publication number: 20250343829
Abstract: A local delivery service (LDS) operates in an enterprise computer network as a proxy for a communications server (CS) computer operating in a cloud computing environment. The LDS pulls a queue repository maintained by the CS and retrieves an output item flagged by the CS for local delivery. The output item has a document and associated configuration information specifying an application domain in the cloud computing environment and delivery settings specific to the application domain maintained by the CS. The LDS translates the delivery settings and routes the document to the connectors of communications channels of the enterprise computer network. In this way, documents produced by the CS in the cloud can be delivered locally to disparate destinations on the enterprise computer network without having to open individual ports in a firewall of the enterprise computer network to connect the CS with communications channels of the enterprise computer network.

  • Publication number: 20250343981
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for generating supplemental data that may be contemporaneous with audio or video content and that may be shared with, and used by, a player and connected devices. To overcome limitations on computing power and the need for external hardware at the player, encryption of the audio or video content may be performed subsequent to the generation of the supplemental data and over the entire duration of the content. The encrypted content along with the supplemental data may be provided, in a packaged content file, to the player to enhance the experience of a user of the content.

  • Publication number: 20250291821
Abstract: Data processing systems and processing methods are configured to process geoscience data for a set of different data domains. The data processing systems described herein are configured to unify data sources from the set of different domains to process data in the context of each of the different domains of the set. The data processing system can use data, such as training data or trained model weightings, that are generated when performing a processing workflow in a first domain for updating how a second processing workflow is performed for a second, different domain, and vice versa. The data processing system can improve both processing workflows based on the contexts of the other workflow being performed.
