Abstract: The washing device for cleaning parts, such as machine parts or the like, characterized in that its housing has a circular cross-sectional shape, that its tank at a distance above the bottom of the washing device has a bottom wall with a central exit opening for the cleaning liquid which is connected by a line section to the suction opening of the pump arranged under the bottom wall, that a filter housing with a filter is inserted into the connection line, and that downstream of the filter housing a two-way distributor is inserted into the connection line from which a further line is branched off that leads through the wall of the housing into the tank and introduces the cleaning agent at said place into the tank in such a manner that the cleaning agent is put into rotation.

Abstract: The lift/immersion system for treating, particularly cleaning, workpieces, comprises at least two chambers into each of which a treatment liquid can be filled which forms an immersion bath, and a lift device as well as a basket connected thereto, into which the workpieces can be put. During the treatment process the basket is moved upwards and downwards through the immersion bath, together with a baffle plate attached thereunder, which displaces treatment liquid during the downward movement and creates turbulences in the immersion bath, whereby the effect of the immersion bath on the articles is strongly enhanced.

Abstract: The lift/immersion system for treating, particularly cleaning, workpieces, comprises a housing into which a treatment liquid, particularly a cleaning liquid, can be filled which forms an immersion bath in the housing, further comprising a lift device and a lift table connected thereto and provided with passage openings, on which the workpieces can be placed, and which during the treatment process is movable upwards and downwards through the immersion bath. The lift/immersion bath is characterized in that under the lift table a baffle plate is attached which during the treatment process is moved upwards and downwards in a section of the immersion bath with a small lateral play, so that treatment liquid is displaced during the downward movement and directed onto the workpieces with formation of turbulences in the immersion bath. This considerably intensifies the action of the immersion bath on the articles.
