Abstract: Game apparatus is disclosed comprising a plurality of square tiles surfaced with unique single solid stripes extending from one edge or corner to another edge or corner on the face of the tile. The stripes are fashioned as horizontal, acute, or diagonal straight-line segments. Players arrange the individual game tiles in relation to the other tiles on a planar surface in an ordered or arbitrary assemblage in either a contiguous or noncontiguous manner to form creative and original designs or images.

Abstract: A method for transforming a standard serving of beer into a pseudo sour beer is provided, which is accomplished by dispensing and mixing an admixture of organic acids known to be responsible for the unique flavor profile of sour beers. The admixture is an aqueous solution containing a fixed proportion of lactic acid, acetic acid, malic acid, and anhydrous citric acid. The added acidulant imparts a tart, acidic, and sour flavor to the beer, mimicking the taste of a conventionally brewed sour beer.

Abstract: A scorekeeping method for pickleball is provided, wherein it records the dynamics of a game through the display of blocks of consecutively scored points awarded to each player or team, as well as standard information and data, including the names of the competing players, game number, and final score of the game. The method is applicable to singles and doubles matches and games employing side-out or rally scoring. The present invention is manifested as a scorecard in printed form or digitally on an electronic device.
