    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of classifying a sample of a patient that suffers from or being at risk of developing urothelial or bladder cancer, said method comprising the steps of: a) determining in said sample from said patient, the presence or absence of alteration in an FGFR gene and/or the expression level of at least one gene encoding for a receptor selected from the group consisting of FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3 or FGFR4, and b) classifying the sample of said patient from the outcome of step a) into one of at least two classifications, said classifications comprising good and poor prognosis for treatment with an anti-cancer agent.

    Abstract: A hydraulic part of a magnet valve is received in a bore of a valve block. The hydraulic part is secured to the valve block with a calked heel of a securing bush that is slipped onto a guide sleeve of the hydraulic part. The securing bush rests on an annular shoulder of the guide sleeve and engages a jacket wall of the guide sleeve with a press fit, and one edge of the securing bush is adapted to a rounded-out throat between the jacket wall and an end wall of the annular shoulder by means of plastic deformation. A valve sleeve engages a portion of the bore of the valve block with a press fit. The calked heel, the plastically deformed edge of the securing bush, and the press fit of the valve bush seals that seal off against fluid are achieved without using additional rubber-elastic sealing means.

    Abstract: A hydraulic part 13 of a magnet valve 10 is received in a bore 14 of a valve block 11. The securing of the hydraulic part 13 to the valve block 11 is attained with a calked heel 53 of a securing bush 43 that is slipped onto a guide sleeve 21 of the hydraulic part 13. The securing bush 43 resting on an annular shoulder 27 of the guide sleeve 21 engages a jacket wall 28 of the guide sleeve 21 with a press fit. In addition, one edge of the securing bush 43 is adapted to a rounded-out throat between the jacket wall 28 and an end wall 29 of the annular shoulder 27 by means of plastic deformation. In addition, a valve sleeve 33 engages a portion 47 of the bore 14 of the valve block 11 with a press fit.

    Abstract: A method for feeding a subliming material into a liquid is disclosed, by which the end of a pipe is submerged below the surface of the liquid, and a subliming, particulate material is propelled through the pipe and into the liquid by a flow of gas. The flow rate of the entraining gas is sufficient to prevent the formation of deposits on the interior walls of the pipe by countercurrent gaseous diffusion of the subliming material.

    Abstract: A portable sectional basketball floor that is quickly and easily assembled and disassembled. The floor comprises a plurality of interfitting panels. Certain panels on the periphery of the floor are rigidly secured together by bolted connections located below the playing surface. The internal panels are connected together by subsurface connections comprising overlying brackets with a vertical hole through each bracket. As the floor is assembled, the cooperating brackets on adjacent panels are slid over one another until the openings in the brackets are aligned. A pin is dropped into each pair of aligned holes from above to lock the floor panels together. When the sectional floor is removed, the pins are quickly and easily disengaged by simply lifting them with a magnet, thereby freeing the panels from one another.
