  • Publication number: 20240009459
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a neurostimulation system for treating head pain, the system comprising: an implant unit configured for implantation inside a subject's (700) body; an external unit configured for a location external to the subject's (700) body; and a charging and programming unit; wherein the external unit comprises: a processor; a power source (220); and a primary transmission unit (230) in electrical communication with the power source (220) and the processor; wherein the implant unit comprises: at least one lead (310); at least one pair of modulation electrodes (320) attached to the at least one lead (310); and a secondary transmission unit (330) in electrical communication with the at least one lead (310); and wherein the processor is configured to establish a coupling between the primary transmission unit (230) and the secondary transmission unit (330) and to transmit power from the power source (220) to the implant unit via said coupling.

  • Patent number: 11315588
Abstract: A reference acoustic input is processed into a quantization representation such that the quantization representation comprises acoustic components determined from the reference acoustic input, wherein the acoustic components comprise amplitude, rhythm, and pitch frequency of the reference acoustic input. A visual representation is generated that simultaneously depicts the acoustic components comprising amplitude, rhythm, and pitch frequency of the reference acoustic input. A user spoken input may be received and similarly processed and displayed.

  • Patent number: 8494257
Abstract: Data set generation and data set presentation for image processing are described. The processing determines a location for each of one or more musical artifacts in the image and identifies a corresponding label for each of the musical artifacts, generating a training file that associates the identified labels and determined locations of the musical artifacts with the image, and presenting the training file to a neural network for training.

  • Publication number: 20120311445
Abstract: Enhanced features are provided by enhanced feature data stored with an enhanced media file in a conventional media container format. The enhanced feature data is not recognized by a conventional playback application, which produces the conventional playback experience of the media file for a user who lacks a suitably configured enhanced media file application. The enhanced feature data is recognized by a suitably configured enhanced media file application, which processes the enhanced feature data and responds to user inputs to support the enhanced user features and interaction in conjunction with playback of the enhanced media file.

  • Publication number: 20060150803
Abstract: A music score is interpreted and processed and a synthesized performance of the music score is generated along with a visual display of the musical score. The music score can be received by an image capture process or by electronic file transfer. A user's musical performance of the musical score can be recorded for later playback and comparison (simultaneous comparison, if desired) with the synthesized version. The features can be provided via application software installed on a digital computer such as a desktop computer or can be provided in a handheld device. Music score data can be received from an external source such that the computing device can produce an audio presentation of the music score data and can produce a synchronized visual presentation of the music score. The user can delete any musical part or combination of parts in a multi-part musical piece so that the user can play “duets” with the device.
