Abstract: The present invention concerns generally with exercise athletic devices. Particularly, the present invention is directed at a device equipped with punch-absorbing striking pads for practicing punching and striking. More specifically, the present invention is directed at a device equipped with punch-absorbing striking pads and attached to a decline bench; thus, allowing a user to practice punching and striking while doing sit-ups.
