Abstract: The present invention relates to the caching of static information relating to a communication application executed in an user equipment in a wireless communication systems. The method of the invention is applicable in the establishment of, or during, a communication session, between the user equipment and a service application, via a proxy. The user equipment sends a start message, comprising a location indicator, to the proxy requesting to utilize a service application. The proxy access a caching node by the use of the location indicator and retrieves the static information. The static information has been cached in the caching node prior to the communication session. The proxy forms a request based on the static information, and sends it to the service application. The service application will be provided with static information without the static information has to be transferred from the user equipment during each communication session.

A commoning clip is coupled to the plurality of contact modules. The commoning clip has grounding beams extending forward of the right and left conductive shells for electrical connection to header shields of the header assembly. The commoning clip includes a plurality of openings in a rear thereof with barbs along sides of the openings. Each opening receives right and left conductive shells of a corresponding contact module with the barbs engaging the right and left shells to electrically connect the commoning clip to both the right and left shells of each contact module.

The substrate has a first face surface, a second face surface, and a plurality of edges, and includes a thermoplastic material. The matrix is attached to the substrate. The matrix includes a support component having a first melting point, and a thermoplastic component having a second melting point. The second melting point is less than the first melting point. The cover sheet imparts one or more surface characteristics to the composite sheet material during thermo-pressure formation of the composite sheet material.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for extending the length of a vehicle without the need to rebalance the original drive assembly. The method includes disconnecting the front drive shaft segment from the vehicle transmission, extending the length of the vehicle frame, and inserting a drive shaft extension segment which includes: a rigid tubular shaft rotatable about a longitudinal axis; a universal joint mounted at the tubular shaft front end and having a front flange configured for mounting to the transmission; and a bearing assembly mounted to the tubular shaft. The extension segment rear end includes a rearward facing flange configured for mounting to a forward facing flange of the front drive shaft segment that was disconnected from the vehicle transmission. The extension segment is installed in the vehicle between the vehicle transmission and the front drive shaft segment without the need to rebalance the original drive assembly.

Methods include injecting a purging fluid into distribution lines within a processing module after one step of a process recipe. Further, injecting a flushing fluid into the distribution lines after the purging fluid is introduced therein. Furthermore, injecting the purging fluid and the flushing fluid into the fluid distribution line multiple times before initiating a next step of the process recipe. Finally, injecting a purging fluid into the distribution lines before initiating a next process step.

Data is associated with each fabrication system and component. A component management terminal accesses the data to facilitate preventative maintenance and repair of the semiconductor fabrication equipment.

Abstract: In one aspect, a system for the production of fertilizer from organic waste comprises a microbial digester configured to digest the organic waste, wherein the digestion of the organic waste produces a digestate having a liquids component and a solids component. A spray dryer module is provided for receiving the digestate and reducing moisture content in the digestate to produce a substantially dry fertilizer product. In further aspects, methods and fertilizer compositions are provided.

Abstract: Various embodiments relate to a system and related method for retrieving configuration information of a computer network. Unique identifiers in the form of fingerprints, tags, or metadata can be associated with a target application. A manager can scan process tables and file system directories of servers within the system to find processes and files that include the unique identifier. The manager can save the server and application information in a configuration database that can subsequently be searched. Such information can include which of the one or more servers has the target application as an active process.

Abstract: An Ethernet network comprises nodes which support a plurality of different forwarding modes. A range of VLAN Identifiers (VIDs) are allocated to each of the forwarding modes. Connections are configured between a source node and a destination node of the network using different forwarding modes. Packets carrying data traffic are sent to the destination node by selectively setting a VID in a packet to a first value, to transfer a packet via a first connection and a first forwarding mode, and a second value to transfer a packet via the second connection and the second forwarding mode. Packets received from both of the connections and sent on to an end user. VLAN Identifiers can be allocated to different releases of functionality at nodes (e.g. software releases) such that packets are forwarded via a set of nodes supporting a first release, or via a set of nodes supporting a second release.

Abstract: A method for controlling a power converter that includes a first cell having an output connected at a first node in parallel with a second cell includes sensing a voltage signal at the first node, defining a current set point associated with the converter, processing the current set point associated with the converter to define a current set point associated with the first cell, sensing a current output by the first cell, controlling the first cell such that the first cell outputs a current substantially similar to the current set point associated with the first cell, processing the current set point associated with the converter to define a current set point associated with the second cell, sensing a current output by the second cell, and controlling the second cell such that the second cell outputs a current substantially similar to the current set point associated with the second cell.

Abstract: A measurement probe, for a co-ordinate positioning apparatus such as a machine tool, is described that includes a stylus holder that is deflectably mounted to a probe housing. One or more sensors are provided for sensing deflection of the stylus holder relative to the probe housing. A processor is included for producing a trigger signal when the deflection sensed by the one or more sensors meets a trigger condition, such as a deflection threshold. The probe also includes an accelerometer for measuring acceleration of the measurement probe. The trigger condition applied by the processor is alterable, during use, in response to the acceleration measured by the accelerometer. In this manner, false triggering can be suppressed.
