The compounds of Formula I and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and prodrugs are useful in the inhibition of HIV reverse transcriptase, the prophylaxis and treatment of infection by HIV and in the prophylaxis, delay in the onset or progression, and treatment of AIDS.
