    Abstract: A reflector assembly for fluorescent luminaires. The reflector assembly improves the lumen output of the fixture by bringing light from the backside of the lamps around the lamps and out of the luminaire. Access to the ballast of the luminaire is improved by providing a removable section of the reflector assembly located over the ballast.
