    Abstract: A hand knife has a handle (1), a blade (2), and a fixing clip (3). The blade is adjustable between a closed position and an open position relative to the handle (1). The fixing clip (3) is adjustable between a withdrawn position and a projecting position relative to the handle (1). An adjusting assembly (10) adjusts the fixing clip (3) from the projecting position into the withdrawn position by adjusting the blade (2) from the closed position into the open position.
