  • Publication number: 20170154391
Abstract: The present invention provides for computational analysis of resources to determine if the attributes associated with the resource deviate from core/standard resource attributes associated with resources of the same or similar resource category. In response to determining one or more deviations, a level of deviation is quantified for the resource based on the determined deviation of the attributes associated with the resource to the core resource attributes. Based on the level of deviation, a resolution scenario/path is invoked for the resource and further transformation of the resource may be required based on resource requirements associated with the resource, resource category and/or resource controlling-entity.

  • Publication number: 20060105357
Abstract: Described are assemblies for screening a compound for bioactivity, the assemblies comprising a tissue and a sensor. A change in a biological parameter is measured by the sensor, such that a change in a parameter occurring when the tissue is contacted with a candidate compound is detected by the sensor. Assemblies provided herein include single sensor/tissue assemblies and arrays of such assemblies, including plates comprising tissues in combination with one or more sensors. Also provided are methods of screening a compound using tissue/sensor tissue assemblies as described.

  • Publication number: 20050260178
Abstract: A sleeve organized tissue is formed of a biocompatible structure surrounding organized tissue in at least one dimension and along a length of the tissue. In certain preferred embodiments the tissue is attached to the sleeve, subjecting the organized tissue to internal tension within the sleeve. Methods of providing organized tissue within a sleeve and delivering protein to a mammal are also disclosed.
