Alternative recycling processes include grinding and sieving, emulsion extruding, and liquid-liquid phase separation.

Abstract: A three-dimensional object comprises stacked substrate layers infiltrated by a hardened material comprising engineered powder that is transformed into a substance that flows and subsequently hardens into the hardened material in a spatial pattern that infiltrates positive regions, and does not infiltrate negative regions, in the substrate layers. The powder may be emulsion aggregation powder, chemically-produced toner powder, or a combination. It may be a thermoplastic or thermosettable polymer and may include nylon, elastomers, polyolefins, polyethylene, polyether ether ketone, polyimide, polyetherimide, polyphenylene sulfide, polystyrene, polypropylene, polymethyl methacrylate, and polyaryletherketone, or a combination. The powder particles may have a pre-specified controlled shape and/or a non-homogenous composition. Surface treatments and/or additives may be used to control powder flow and charge distribution. Each substrate layer may be a sheet-like structure comprising fibers held together by binder.

The reusable fan apparatus is coupled to the disposable container section through an adjustable coupling mechanism of the reusable fan apparatus and/or a separate attachment coupleable with the reusable fan apparatus. The adjustable coupling mechanism and/or separate attachment secure reusable fan apparatus to the disposable container section at an opening of the disposable container section.

Abstract: A rod clamp assembly including a first clamp member pivotally connected to a second clamp member, a handle pivotally connected to the first clamp member, and a lock bolt pivotally connected to the handle. The first and second clamp members each include a semi-cylindrical groove. A lock end of the lock bolt is configured to engage a receptacle of the second clamp member to pull the first and second clamp members together. An elongated portion of the handle is rotated to a locked position in which the first and second clamp members are secured together. A base of the handle, which engages the first clamp member, may include a notch for providing a quick close and quick open. Optionally, the rod clamp assembly includes a safety lock assembly, which engages the elongated portion of the handle to secure the handle in the locked position.
