  • Publication number: 20220108766
Abstract: A method for predicting drug-target binding using synthetically-augmented data involves generating a multitude of ghost ligands for a multitude of proteins in a protein structure database, generating a multitude of drug-target interaction (DTI) features for proteins and ligands in a DTI database, using the multitude of ghost ligands, generating a machine learning model using the multitude of DTI features, and predicting a likelihood of interaction for a combination of a query protein and a query ligand using the machine learning model.

  • Publication number: 20060253091
Abstract: A disposable re-useable urine receptacle that, when used, provides comfortable, discrete, and safe urine collection and containment until the collected urine can be properly disposed of, either by the wearer or someone else. It achieves these goals by conforming to the wearer's body, expanding to a predetermined self-supported shape, and disallowing side wall-to-wall adherence between fillings. An apparatus for automated disposal of urine is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20060250887
Abstract: A handheld shaker with a reciprocating agitator, comprising a mixing vessel that operatively contains a guide rod that runs from one end of the vessel to an opposite end of the vessel. The mixing vessel is operatively connected to both such ends. The shaker also uses a hollow agitator frame that operatively reciprocates from the one end of the vessel to the opposite end, and thereby mixes fluid contained within the vessel. A reciprocating agitator is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20060111681
Abstract: A self-standing urine collection bag that includes a bag of flexible material having an air and liquid-tight closure; a pair of opposing substantially flat, flexible side panels that are bonded to one-another and that expand when the bag is filled; an inwardly-recessed, gusseted bottom panel that is folded when the bag is empty, and unfolded when the bag is full; wherein the bottom panel provides support for the side panels so that, when filled with urine, the bag is self-supporting and can maintain a stable vertical standing position when resting on a substantially horizontal surface. A self standing urine bag system that maintains the bag's volumetric reading precision by using a reusable, rigid frame to deploy fully the flexible, disposable bag.
