    Abstract: A reinforced material is described. The reinforced material includes a middle layer formed of a plurality of fibers comprising a first and second side, a top layer disposed on the first side comprising an elastomeric material, and a bottom layer disposed on the second side comprising an adhesive material, wherein the reinforced material is configured to have a maximum stretch of up to 10%. In some embodiments, the reinforced material may be formed into strips or tape. A method of manufacturing a reinforced material is also described.
