    Abstract: Mini-tonneau cover apparatus for a rear compartment of a convertible vehicle includes an upper, outer periphery having a bead for securing an upper, outer portion of the flexible tonneau cover to the vehicle and a rod extending laterally across the rear compartment over which the flexible tonneau cover is disposed. A lower, front portion of the flexible tonneau cover is secured by appropriate fasteners, such as "Velcro" type fasteners, to hold the bottom of the flexible tonneau cover in place.
