  • Patent number: 6098748
Abstract: An adjustable height tool bin system for self-supportive ladders includes an adjustable length strap allowing positioning of the tool bin at any height between the top and bottom of the ladder. Thus, the position of the present invention is independent of the ladder rungs and ladder platforms, allowing more freedom in placement of the tool bin system. The system also includes an attachable roll towel rack, a winding spool, a utility tray, a hook, a tool rack, and bin dividers each of which may be attached to the tool bin or the strap.

  • Patent number: 5129195
Abstract: A penstock or sluice gate door constructed by providing a stack of steel tubes (11) preferably of rectangular cross-section, which are stitch welded together at (12). There are added welded side plates (13), a central stainless steel spindle (14) and bolts (18) for lifting equipment, and the so-formed panel is placed in a mould and encapsulated with an impervious material. If desired side and bottom sealing strips (22, 23, 21) may be integrally formed during encapsulation. The resultant door is lightweight and non-corrodible, and its strength is determined by the wall thickness of the tubes (11) which will be selected accordingly.

  • Patent number: 4667138
Abstract: An improved drive control circuit is disclosed for enabling the multiplexed drive of synchro receivers. A zero crossing detector is coupled to sense the zero crossings of a signal driving the excitation winding of a synchro receiver. A counter coupled to the output of the zero crossing detector responds to one of every n counts to provide a count signal for operating a synchro driver associated with each one of multiple synchro receivers. The count signal causes the synchro driver to provide a signal output to the respective synchro receiver during a period defined by the count signal to reduce average power dissipation and provide effective damping without sacrificing peak current capability.

  • Patent number: 4123906
Abstract: A vehicle has elements providing a fluid pathway to the controlling system of spring actuated, normally locked brakes that are fluid releasable. The elements forming the fluid pathway are connectable to a fluid power assembly that is movable to and from the vehicle and releasably connected to the fluid pathway.

  • Patent number: 4092074
Abstract: Structure for removably locking a cover in a covering disposition. The locking device is arranged to be released notwithstanding the disposition thereof in a relatively inaccessible area of the machine on which the cover is mounted. The locking device includes a locking pin which is axially movable so as to have clearance with the cover with the pin being so moved by a tool inserted through the small access space available to the locking device. The pin is drawn back outwardly into locking arrangement with the cover by a threaded device having a shank portion passed through a hole in the cover into threaded association with the locking pin, permitting threaded operation of the device to draw the pin outwardly into the hole of the cover and thereby lock the cover against rotation about a pivot mount thereof.
