    Abstract: A heat sealing garbage cabinet stores a plastic bag of garbage. When the bag is but partially full, the bag is temporarily sealed by folding and pressure sealing the top of the bag. When the bag is full, it is heat sealed. A slitter unit cuts a handle-hole in the bag for easy disposal.
