    Abstract: A lightweight machine for drilling a pattern of fastening holes in panels of installed roofing insulation is movably supported on rollers that rest on the panels without substantially deforming them. The machine is maneuvered by a handle, and vertical movement of the handle lowers a template carrying a gang of drills. The drills proceed through a central opening in the frame of the machine to engage the panels in the sub-roof structure on which they have been installed.
